Segovia

Though Segovia is small, it's big when it comes to amazing sites. As you enter, you can't miss the massive structure which is the ancient Roman aqueduct. Built around 50 AD, the aqueduct carried water to Segovia until the mid 19th century. At the other end of the old city, you can't miss the Alcázar, a fairy tale fortress which was the inspiration for the famous castle in Walt Disney's Cinderella. When not sightseeing, delight in the local culinary specialty of Cochinillo Asado (crispy skin roast suckling pig).
